A soft, highly absorbent (absorbs more than 14 times its weight) dressing that quickly forms a hydrophilic gel to protect and cover the wound bed. Holds together wet or dry. While many alginates dissolve, this dressing keeps its form so it’s easy to remove, generally on one piece. Latex free.
